Because our products are made-to-order, all sales are typically final. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

We gladly offer a replacement or full refund if your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item or design)

⏳ Timeframe

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of purchase
  • After 30 days, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in the same condition as received
  • You must provide proof of issue (photo of damage/defect)
